Description

This book is author Alexei Komisarov's profound response to the life question, "How do you balance everything?" He blends his firsthand experience honed in extreme sports such as ultramarathons, triathlons, diving, and aviation with practical case studies from business and public administration, aiming to provide a transferable success logic for all readers who aspire to break through internal and external limitations and pursue continuous growth.

In the book, the author shares, in an honest, first-person narrative, how to apply the discipline, teamwork, optimism, and goal management learned in sports to business and everyday challenges. Research confirms that these traits effectively enhance individual and organizational effectiveness. The core of the book is not to offer rigid advice, but to convey universally applicable principles proven in extreme environments: including how to build effective partnerships, cultivate lasting resilience, develop leadership, and, most importantly, cultivate the wisdom to move forward even with fear and dynamically adjust course along the way. Each chapter reveals how to transform these darkest moments into turning points for individuals and careers through real stories of failure and crisis.

Reading Value:
* Real-world Case Studies: A blend of vivid case studies spanning business, public administration, and extreme sports, directly addressing the timeless issues of crisis decision-making, stress management, and combating burnout.
