Description

Centered on wild giant pandas, this volume uses nearly 500 exquisite images and concise prose to transport readers into a secret realm that pulses through four vibrant seasons. It reveals the natural state of coexistence within the panda’s homeland and deciphers the survival codes of wild flora and fauna.
You will see more than spring, summer, autumn, and winter: a bird flying in from the distance to bury its beak in the soil, a flower blooming quietly, a giant panda defending its territory, a lichen reviving in the rain, and the most authentic moments of wild pandas and their friends.
You follow the daily life of forest rangers; these real, day-by-day treks become far-reaching nature lessons that bring the wild into our lives and place it in children’s hands.
Whether you are an adult or a child, my hope is that you will see the beauty of the world, the harmony among all things, and the purity and power of nature.
