Strategically and operationally he was, amongst other posts, the CEO of a worldwide oil asset management company, OES Asset Integrity Management, member of the UK NHS senior leadership cadre, and Managing Director of Tetra Pak’s African and Middle East businesses. He has advised a number of oil and gas organisations including the International Oil and Gas Producers Association, a number of large Middle East organisations including the Qatari Regulatory Authority, the Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company, and taught the leadership cadres of a range of multinational organisations in the USA, UK, Europe and the Middle East. He is a former soldier with combat and anti-terrorist experience. He is an award winner in private, public, government, academic and military environments. He has previously written on Leadership, Cyber Threats, War, Trafficking, the Middle East and about both Marketing and Information Security/Resilience.
Amanda Goodger is an experienced leader in mixed reality leadership, with a career spanning local to international levels over decades. Currently, she works at the University of Hertfordshire (UH) and contributes to the UK government-funded ‘Help to Grow’ working group (via Small Business Charter), enhancing content delivery across accredited UK business schools. Amanda has held significant leadership roles, including working for the UK Government in the cyber/digital area, serving as a Principal Risk Engineer for ARM, collaborating with the EU on cloud security, and engaging with various universities. At UH, she imparts knowledge on the digital ecosystem/AI/emerging technologies, cybersecurity, project management and business to a diverse range of learners, including small businesses and consultancy. Amanda holds an MPhil in Engineering from Cambridge University and is completing a PhD in risk appetite calibration impacting cybersecurity and resilience in hybrid environments. Her expertise as a Cyber-Physical Resilience Risk and Systems Engineer spans Product Security Assurance, Enterprise Architecture, and Compliance across sectors such as Engineering Design, Health, Education, and Government/Defence. Renowned for her proactive, customer-focused approach, Amanda achieves business-focused outcomes.
John Greaves has led globally for over forty years in the development of innovative advances in technologies focused on Supply Chain, Logistics, retailing and manufacturing in over 200 deployments of his value orientated, ROI measurable implementations. His client list includes many of the Fortune 1000.His work has been featured at the Smithsonian, in the US Federal Government and in the EU and National Government Initiatives to improve society and ultimately enshrine a quality of life for citizens by application of his OHIO Principle (Zero Human Intervention Operations). Known for his expertise in the RFID and Blockchain sector, where he develops Mixed Reality deliverables that focus on these two pillars of the program, he is known as Dr Blockchain. Resident in Florida USA he travels extensively advising on tenets of best practice on a weekly basis and is accredited to the Florida Institute of Technology where he leads the Enterprise Blockchain Initiative.
