Description
What does the protagonist Jian Yi hate the most? It's "going to school". The distance from his home to school always seems terrifyingly far in his eyes - in fact, it's not really far, but the psychological distance of "not wanting to go" is too great. As a result, he is always late in the morning.
Attending classes was no easy task either. As soon as he saw numbers in math class, he would feel dizzy and his vision would go black. Just when he thought he couldn't hold on any longer, a thought suddenly flashed through his mind: "Magic scissors!"
Jian Yi picked up the magic scissors and started to snip away at the things that had been bothering him one by one: first, he cut off the alarm clock that had made him late, then he snipped the "monster of friendship" drawn on the paper to make a new school gate, and he also snipped away all the boring classroom supplies with a vengeance. With each movement of the magic scissors, the school's appearance changed: the stairs turned into a giant slide, the clock hands became large amusement facilities... The children chattered excitedly and ran all over the campus. In the blink of an eye, the school turned into a huge amusement park...
Author
I grew up in the countryside surrounded by nature as a "painter". Due to my greediness, I studied metalwork, editing and design, and explored various art worlds everywhere. Eventually, I was deeply immersed in picture books. Now, I live as a picture book author and am also dedicated to teaching and accompanying those who dream of becoming picture book authors to grow together.
