Description

In my home, there’s a chubby little red chicken that was born on the same day as me.
It’s always making a lot of noise and chirping away – just like me!
It likes to throw its toys around and scribble on the walls – and of course, I’m involved in that too.
When it eats, it gets food all over itself – ugh…
Finally, Mom and Dad got angry, and so did I. The little red chicken ran around in fear all over the house. How can we get it to calm down?

Who doesn’t have a mischievous moment at times? This picture book depicts a child’s mischievous daily activities and the emotional conflicts that arise from such behavior. It ends with a warm story that helps children see themselves in everyday life and understand that “it’s okay to be a bit mischievous; Mom and Dad still love you anyway.”
