Author

Bai Wannuan, pseudonym of Chen Yunsi, is an illustrator specializing in picture books. Proficient in watercolor, colored pencils, acrylics, and hand-collage, her repertoire spans works such as "Playing the Piano Beside Mr. Crocodile," "The Impetuous Jellyfish," and illustrations for "Wang Yimei's Fairy Tales," among others. She has also contributed to "Children's Traditional Chinese Culture Music: Tang Poems and Folk Tales" and the "Nature Notes Series." A passionate artist with a love for depicting the natural world, she released "Flowers Through Time: A Watercolor Floral Art Guide" in 2016. Her life's motto: to reach a hundred years with brush in hand, painting away into old age.
