★This book answers the question "what is the world made of", explaining to children the thoughts of Greek thinker Socrates with beautiful illustrations and interesting story.
★This book is bilingual in English and Italian.

Description

A child opens his eyes and looks at the world, wondering what it is made of. He decides to knock on the door of knowledge and venture into the picturesque, endless library. Here he encounters the ideas and maxims of the Greek thinker Socrates, who discovered these four elements by questioning the principles of the universe, and in their encounter found the means of explaining the origin of things around us.

The main character is overwhelmed by four elements and in a state of confusion. Then he went on to read how these four elements could be put together from the initial chaos to give life to the world. Then, at last, air, water, fire and earth appeared to him in real form, ready to welcome him in a subtle and clear encounter, the first great mystery of life.

Mario annotates the book with beautiful illustrations, explaining difficult and complex subjects in a pleasant environment.
