Description
In the very heart of Bamboo Valley stands a laundry shop shaped like a bright red apple. Its owner is Leo, a red panda. With his round face, perky ears, and fluffy tail, he looks utterly adorable, but his personality is a bit shy. Those who get to know him, however, discover a deeply loyal and caring friend—he just prefers a quiet life alone.
That is, until the day Bounce the flying squirrel suddenly thumped down from the sky right in front of him. Bounce, who had been trying to hitch a majestic ride with migratory birds to start an independent life, had crash-landed. Leo took him in. Now staying at the laundry, Bounce is endlessly curious, hopelessly nosy, a troublemaker who eats them out of house and home, and causes a commotion almost daily. When he cries, his eyes swell up like walnuts. Though his peaceful routine is turned upside down, Leo can't bring himself to send away the determined Bounce, who insists on being his employee. What story will unfold at the Apple Laundry today?
Clothes Feel Fluffy, Hearts Feel Light.
The Apple Laundry That Fixes Everything.
Bamboo Valley is a place with refreshingly crisp air and crystal-clear water, attracting a steady stream of families applying to become residents each year. While approval from the administrator, Topa, officially grants residency, this time Topa was unusually harsh, approving only one family. Even worse, he擅自 modified the community rules "for the residents' benefit," skipping the vote altogether.
Bounce, who was sure he'd be approved, was unexpectedly rejected. He ended up staying at the Apple Laundry, begging for room and board. Though he tries hard to be useful—drawing flyers himself, learning laundry skills from Leo—he often ends up taking baths in the washing machine or misplacing detergent, earning him frequent scoldings from Leo.
Despite being a walking disaster, Bounce successfully solves the case of the missing bedsheet and resolves the misunderstanding between the Moonbear family, showing surprising capability. Thus, word spreads that the "Apple Laundry is a place for apologies"—not just a space for cleaning clothes, but a special place that can cleanse the heart.
"Bamboo Valley is a place open to everyone."
Stories of residents understanding each other and growing together.
Leo, the quiet老板 (boss) who prefers solitude, and Bounce, the lively employee who loves interacting with the residents. These two friends are completely different in personality, preferences, and their roles at the laundry. Leo, who used to run the shop alone, is constantly worried by his polar-opposite freeloader, especially after the new rule is enacted that "all visitors must be sent away," leaving him perpetually anxious for Bounce.
Through it all, Leo comes to a crucial realization: Bamboo Valley should welcome everyone; there's absolutely no reason to deny a place to a flying squirrel with a round body and big, earnest eyes. After experiencing many events under the same roof, Leo gradually opens his heart and finally comes to truly see Bounce as an official "employee of the Apple Laundry."
Come and meet these protagonists who respect their differences, experience conflict and reconciliation, and gradually grow together! Immersed in this story, you'll unknowingly begin to reflect on your own relationships, understand the true value of human connection, and meet a version of yourself that has grown just a little bit more.
The Apple Laundry is no longer just a place to wash clothes—it has become a wonderful space that clears up misunderstandings, warms hearts, and makes everyone feel the meaning of community and belonging.
