He turned a loss-making department into a profitable one in just half a year by thoroughly analyzing the characteristics of second-hand homes and customer behavior psychology. He continued to achieve stable results and became the youngest business department head since the company's establishment. He made significant contributions to the company becoming a leading enterprise in the Kyushu region and eventually going public.
In 2021, he started a real estate consulting business and founded Will Step Co., Ltd. In 2023, he established SMILE’s Co., Ltd. to engage in renovation and decoration services.
Currently, with his practical experience and expertise in over 3000 second-hand home transactions, he widely engages in supporting new participants in the second-hand home business, salesperson training, and renovation and decoration planning.
