You clearly dislike this person, yet you can't stop thinking about them, which is a waste of precious time. But as long as this person is in your social circle, it's hard to completely keep a distance... Even if you can keep a distance, simply cutting off entangled relationships is not a fundamental solution and will only lead to repeating the same issues...

A TV program she watched in elementary school, "Go! Psychology," sparked her interest in psychology and led her to decide to pursue a career related to the mind. During her university years, she mainly studied juvenile delinquency. She obtained her certification as a psychologist from the Japanese Psychological Society in 2018. She has served as a communication studies lecturer at a professional school, a local FM radio host, and a coach for international public speaking contestants.
