The most natural prevails, alternative therapies such as acupuncture, aromatherapy, musicology or meditation; and also natural remedies such as herbal teas, a diet that promotes sleep and avoiding tobacco, alcohol and stimulants.

But it's not just that... We are going to delve into issues such as stress and anxiety, responsible for most sleep disorders, as well as illness or pain, focusing on what kind of rituals can help us sleep at once. .
