Description

Already from elementary school, the afternoons in many homes become screams, tears and even the occasional door slamming. Homework is, for many, a harmful practice that sabotages family life. For others, homework is so necessary that doing without it would be little short of sacrilege, since it promotes autonomy and responsibility in learning. It is then that we ask ourselves once again: should you do or should you not? This book leaves behind all those empty opinions, that sterile debate and, through scientific evidence, aims to help teachers make sensible decisions if they decide to prescribe them, or not; and fathers and mothers to understand the reason for supporting them, or not. Luckily, the end of homework, as we know it, is here.
