Feature

★ Classic IP Power – Reconnect with your true self, together with The Little Prince
Inspired by the timeless wisdom of The Little Prince, this book doesn't retell the story. Instead, it turns Saint-Exupéry's deep insights into a practical guide for adults who want to wake up and find themselves again.

★ It Hits Right Where It Hurts – Have you become someone you don't even recognize?
It starts with a tough question: "When did you stop looking at the world with wonder?" That question cuts straight to the heart of anyone who's doing everything they're supposed to do, but still feels like something is missing – especially busy adults, stressed professionals, and anxious overthinkers.

★ A Slow Reading Spa for Your Soul – Not fast food, but a slow-burn comfort
In an age of information overload, this book is written for those who are willing to slow down, feel, and truly wake up. It's not meant to be "finished" – it's meant to be lived.

★ An Author with Real Credentials – Medicine, psychology, nutrition, coaching, and more
Manuel Coronado is a physician, clinical psychologist, sexologist, nutritionist, HR expert, and executive coach. He's someone who truly understands the human body and mind. Drawing on the wisdom of The Little Prince, he's written a healing prescription for exhausted adults – a guide on how to "live again."

★ We're all busy treating urgent things as important, chasing things that look useful but don't feed our souls.
This book is a mirror and a light. It helps you see yourself clearly – and shows you the way back.

★ If you're living in that strange place where you feel like you have everything, but nothing feels quite right – this book is for you.
It won't hand you easy answers. Instead, it will help you remember who you were, before the world taught you to forget.

Description

When did you stop looking at the world with wonder? When did you start confusing what is important with what is urgent?
In Search of the Essential is a book for adults who feel that, at some point along the way, they have drifted away from themselves. For those who fulfill every obligation yet sense that something is missing. For those who live surrounded by noise, speed, and appearances, and long to return to a truth that is simpler, more human, and more alive.
Inspired by the timeless wisdom of The Little Prince, this book does not seek to give you ready-made answers, but to help you remember: who you were before the world taught you to forget, what value time holds when it is lived with meaning, and why the essential can never be captured by the logic of the ego or by material things.
Throughout this journey, you will learn to:
• reconcile with time and dwell in the present,
• truly communicate with others,
• recognize the value of authentic friendship,
• take responsibility for what you love,
• not abandon what is precious for fear of risk,
• discover greatness in small things,
• find wells in the midst of your own deserts,
• pilot your life again from the heart.
This is not a book to be read quickly. It is a book to be felt, to be awakened. Because when you dare to see with the eyes of the child you once were, you understand that the meaning of life is not to be found outside… and that, as always, what is essential is invisible to the eyes.
