This is a book about gentle nighttime yoga.

I encountered yoga in kindergarten but never loved sports. Truthfully, I preferred curling under a kotatsu with snacks and books, chatting idly with friends. Now a mother of two with a family to nurture, I strive for kindness amid chaos: cooking wholesome meals, hoping my children "inherit only our best." I know—when Mom’s spirit glows, peace fills our home.
