Born in Osaka (1960). Graduate of the University of Tokyo Faculty of Medicine. Former Assistant at Tokyo University Hospital’s Neuropsychiatry Department and International Fellow at the Karl Menninger School of Psychiatry (USA). Currently a psychiatrist, adjunct professor at Hitotsubashi University/Tokyo Medical and Dental University, advisor at Kawasaki Saiwai Hospital, and director of the Wada Mind-Body Clinic. Specializes in geriatric psychiatry with 30+ years in elder care.
