This book is about the impact that plastic waste has on the world and allows readers to reflect on our responsibilities.

Author

Park Hyesun
Park Hyesun was born in Sangju, Gyeongsangbuk-do in 1969. She began her writing career after her poem for children, "Potato Blossom" received the Saebeot Literary Award in 1992. Park writes in a variety of genres including children's poetry and fiction, portraying the everyday lives and concerns of children with her witty narratives. Her work has been recognized with a number of awards including the Pureun Literary Award, the Yeonpilsi Literary Award, the Korean Children's Literary Award, the Socheon Children's Literary Award, and the Open Children's Literary Award. She has written books including A Tree Bearing Shoes, Don't Go Searching for Me, and Grandma's Love Pharmacy, as well as collections of children's poetry such as Garbage Can Falls Asleep, Take Care of My Out-of-Work Uncle, and The Proud and Dignified Bak Hanbyeol.

Lee Suyeon
Lee Suyeon studied illustration in England after majoring in Interior Architecture at university. Her written and illustrated works include Moving Day and What Kind of Furniture Are You Looking For?, and her illustrated works include A Dangerous Man Lives in My Neighborhood and My Blue-Eyed Younger Brother.
