Description

Jian is a psychological autopsy investigator. When the grieving family of someone who has taken their own life seeks her assistance, she delves into understanding the deceased person’s motivations, crafting a psychological autopsy report to shed light on their choice, and providing solace to the surviving family members.

The story shares six omnibus stories and is interspersed with a broader narrative tracing Jian’s personal growth. It tackles a range of psychological autopsy cases, encompassing various ages, genders, and circumstances, encouraging contemplation on how our society grapples with the issue of suicide. Additionally, it offers a compassionate perspective on how we, the ones left behind, cope with the profound grief of losing someone dear. This narrative is a poignant yet beautiful exploration, seamlessly blending elements of fantasy with a sense of realism, providing comfort and touching moments that prompt us to reevaluate life, death, and the precious relationships we hold dear. ···
