Blackbirds, titmice, sparrows, martins, jays, swifts, jackdaws. Birds are the protagonists of this SuperPiNO by Marina Marinelli, passionate about ornithology, and Silvia Molinari, naturalist illustrator. Seven stories of birds in troubles, from rescue to liberation, to learn how to take care of small winged creatures.

Silvia Molinari is a painter. She was born in Piacenza in 1976, where she currently lives. She graduated at Toschi Art Institute inof Parma in decorating techniques. Her works are part of the permanent collections of the Salamon&C Gallery in Milan, and JGO Gallery in Park City (Utah). She had personal and collective exhibitions at the Venice Biennale, Affordable Art Fair in New York and Milan. She holds workshops and collaborates with illustration magazines, brands and nonprofit associations.

Marina Marinelli was born in 1974 in Perugia, where she’s living and working. She draws and “lives” animals ever since she can remember. After studying Arts, she graduated in 2002 at ISIA, in Urbino. She immediately started collaborating with fashion and design publishers, as a creative illustrator and graphic designer. Since 2004 she started publishing children's books for Italian and foreign publishers.
