Description

A travel diary to tell of adventures and meetings in the open air, to always carry with you during those long walks in the middle of nature that free your mind and stimulate thoughts and reflections to be noted between one step and another or while a beautiful landscape is contemplated.

On the cover there is a space to write your name and many nature-themed illustrations. At the opening of the notebook we find 'The traveler's blessing', a traditional Irish prayer which is a beautiful wish for a good trip. Between one page and another, poems and quotes on walking and traveling thought by philosophers, writers and songwriters.

To stay healthy, adults must engage in "consistent" physical activity for 150 minutes a week. (Ideally 30 minutes for five days; Instead of 150 minutes at a time. There is a big difference between the two.) If the goal is to lose weight, then this time needs to be doubled.

Walking, as an indispensable form of exercise in our daily life, will be one of the easiest and most effective ways for us to keep healthy, not only for our bodies, but also for our minds.
