★ More knowledge than a simple story, more reasoning than a simple science book. The 6 volumes cover chemistry, physics, astronomy, geography, and artificial intelligence, with all knowledge points integrated into the core of each case.
★ AI gone rogue, driverless cars, Martian storms—every case is tied to today's hottest frontier technology topics, helping children learn about the new technologies changing the world while reading detective stories.
★ Each volume includes interactive games and ends with a "mind map recap," visualizing investigation clues and knowledge logic.
The complete set of 6 volumes includes:
"The Accused Robot"
"A Letter from the National Park"
"The Mysterious Visitor from the Deep Sea"
"The Compass in the Sky"
"The Mystery of the Missing Aluminum Boy"
"Escape from the Martian Storm"
Description
In "The Mystery of the Missing Aluminum Boy," the ore minerals are hosting a banquet when an explosion occurs and Aluminum Boy vanishes into thin air, leaving behind a stranger at the scene. Xiaobaicai uses photographs, witness statements, and wine glass fragments to piece together the truth layer by layer. The final revelation: Aluminum Boy fell into a fire pit and underwent a chemical reaction with magnesium strips at high temperature, transforming into an aluminum-magnesium alloy. A dry chemistry concept is thus turned into a thrilling "vanishing act" mystery.
In "The Accused Robot," a robot suddenly goes rogue and attacks a player during a Go match between human and machine. At the same time, driverless cars are spotted driving recklessly on the streets late at night. These two seemingly unrelated cases gradually converge under Xiaobaicai's investigation—the truth is that a hacker is manipulating everything from behind the scenes. This story cleverly weaves in cutting-edge topics such as "whether AI possesses self-awareness" and "the safety of autonomous driving."
