“What if I fail?”
“I feel like no one cares about me…”
“Am I a good friend?”
Along with the first joys and victories of growing up, doubts and fears quietly take root in a child’s heart.
What they need is more than just a simple “It’s okay”—they need a way to plant the belief “I believe in myself” deep within their hearts.

To help children overcome these fears, child psychologist Anita Vaičiūnaitė has created 27 healing fairy tales, each infused with positive affirmations—simple yet profound words that will quietly take root in a child’s soul like seeds:
“I can learn anything.”
“I believe in myself.”
“My opinion matters; it’s valuable.”
