Description
If pedagogical training, study and further education programs want to fulfill their social responsibility, it is essential to systematically convey research and practice-based knowledge to prospective and working teachers and specialists and to encourage them to reflect on ethical orientations that are suitable for justifying pedagogical action . The volume is also intended to encourage further research, reading and reflection. The book consists of five chapters, which are supplemented by an informative appendix. It explains the human rights and scientific justifications of inclusive pedagogy and highlights the historical significance of the innovation that goes hand in hand with inclusion against the horizon of historical and social backgrounds. In the context of cultural pedagogical memory, principles of pedagogical ethics and their concrete consequences for pedagogical guidelines are discussed. The book also provides information about the elementary building blocks of inclusive practice. Inclusive educational action is explained at the institutional, professional, relational, didactic and educational policy levels. The appendix contains informative references to helpful Internet sources, documentaries and handouts that offer overview knowledge in compact keywords.
