Author

【Author】Maria Mercè Roca

Born in Spain in 1958, Catalan writer and politician. At the age of 16, Rocca moved to Girona, where she settled. Worked as a teacher of Catalan language for many years. She rose to prominence in Catalan cultural circles in the mid-1980s when she won the Victor Catala prize. She continued her literary activities, writing many stories, novels, and writing the script for the TV3 series Secrets de familia. Her career has continued to be successful, winning numerous literary awards and being translated into several languages, including Spanish, Basque, French, German and Dutch.

【Illustrator】Cristina Fernández Alvariño
Degree in Higher Architecture at the Higher Institute of Architecture and Technology in Valencia; Master in Graphics and Networks at ESDIP (Madrid). MA in Modelling and 3D Animation in Maya in CICE (Madrid).
