Description
But things come to a head (or a nose!) when Otis’s anti-bath stance results in one very smelly little boy. With his family united against him, Otis decides to rally his friends for support in his efforts to stay out of the tub. With a campaign that includes slogans like “The only thing we have to fear is soap itself,” Otis and his supporters stage a protest outside his house. It’s up to his understanding mother to come up with a resolution that suits everyone.
