Description
A young female black panther is led by a herd of agile and unmarked leopards on a journey to find her identity. During this journey, she has to face the challenges and dangers hidden in the jungle and learn to make a living in the surrounding environment.
Author
Abraham Balcázar is a professional illustrator and visual narrator based in Mexico City, with over 19 years of experience in the field .
He studied Design and Visual Communication, specializing in illustration, at the Faculty of Arts and Design – UNAM (National Autonomous University of Mexico) .
Since 2001, he has worked as an illustrator and designer for a wide range of clients, including magazines, book publishers, agencies, and cultural institutions. His clients have included Picnic, Moi, Expansión, Travel & Leisure, Pearson, Macmillan-Castillo, Alfaguara, Siglo XXI, and the DGP from Conaculta, among others .
His work spans multiple media and styles, including illustrated books, educational books, picture books, editorial illustration, and advertising illustration. He works in traditional media such as watercolor, pencil, and ink, as well as digital tools like Photoshop .
