Author

Autor-Oscar Wilde
A great master of language in Britain after Shakespeare and the spokesperson of aestheticism. Wilde was born into a prominent family and was exceptionally talented. At the age of 20, he was admitted to Oxford University with a full scholarship and left behind timeless works in drama, novels, poetry, and fairy tales. He dressed flamboyantly and had an unrestrained personality. His life was full of controversies. Borges highly praised him, saying, "No one was more charming than him."
In 1900, Wilde passed away in Paris. Although his physical body has gone, his charm lives on through his writings. For over a hundred years, countless admirers have visited his grave to pay their respects. His tombstone, covered with the lip prints of his admirers, has become a unique sight in the local area.

Translator-Liu Lu
Graduated from the School of Translation and Interpreting, Beijing Foreign Studies University. She is a college teacher, teaching translation and English courses.
She has been engaged in both interpretation and translation work, and has provided translation services for institutions and enterprises such as the United Nations, the World Health Organization, and the Singapore Centre for Liveable Cities.
