Alba Quintas Garciandia (Madrid, 1994) is a writer of novels, poetry and theater. Her first young adult novel, Al otro lado de la pantalla (“On the Other Side of the Screen”), won the Jordi Sierra i Fabra prize for young writers when she was only 17. Since then, she has published several books, such as the popular Liceo Septem middle grade series (“Septem Lyceum”, Penguin Random House) or the young adult novels Desértica (“Barren”, La Esfera Azul) and Lady Marian (SM), both of them selected in the Honour List by the OEPLI (IBBY of Spain). Apart from a passionate writer, she is also a huge football and F1 fan.

Ignacio Hernández (A Coruña, 1988) has illustrated children’s books, ads and board games.
