Description

This workbook addresses common parental frustrations such as urging children to "brush their teeth," "go to bed early," and "spend less time watching videos," providing detailed answers to children's naive questions about daily life (e.g., What happens if I don't brush my teeth? What happens if I stay up late? What happens if I watch videos all the time?).
By combining knowledge input (explaining scientific principles) with fun output (easy-to-do exercises and activities), the workbook aims to help children understand the importance of healthy habits and actively develop them. It covers scientific knowledge and practical habit-forming tips for various life scenarios, including the use of electronic devices, the role of sleep, balanced diet, emotional management, and vision protection (including habit tracking pages). The target audience is lower elementary school students (starting from around the first grade) who struggle to develop basic habits and need to understand the reasons before they are willing to cooperate.
