Description
The book reveals a full roadmap for incubating new businesses within traditional corporations: from market development and team rebuilding to cross-department collaboration. It introduces the groundbreaking “Personal Corporation” philosophy (each employee operates as an independent operator) and the “warm direct sales” strategy. Through a value system rooted in “unwavering integrity,” the author broke industry barriers and transformed a peripheral division into a growth engine.
With deep analysis of B2B competitive dynamics and Japanese wisdom like “crisis as opportunity,” this book delivers highly practical insights for entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, and food industry professionals.
