Author
Born in Tokyo in 1975. Graduated from the Department of Psychology at the University of Reading, UK, in 1998. With 16 years of overseas living experience and exposure to diverse cultures, she completed her graduate studies in psychology at Sophia University in 2001. After obtaining her clinical psychologist qualification, she has worked as a school psychological counselor for over 16 years, while also engaging in corporate psychological counseling, serving as a clinical counselor at the Counseling Room affiliated with the Graduate School of Education at the University of Tokyo, a part-time lecturer at junior colleges and graduate schools, and a psychologist at the Tokyo Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Center.
