Description
Feeling like the fatigue carries over to the next day, more and more?
Compared to before, are you increasingly worried about thinning hair?
Feeling down and unable to enjoy daily life...
“I never had these issues when I was younger…”
Are you troubled by these seemingly "minor" complaints?
The root cause of them all may lie in reduced or poor circulation of your "blood flow."
This book focuses on "blood," deeply connected to women's health, and systematically explains the mechanism of "blood flow" in Eastern Medicine. From its principles and functions to daily management methods, it offers a comprehensive guide.
