Author
Rudi Beiser has been working with medicinal herbs and edible wild plants for over 40 years. He is particularly interested in folk medicine and the herbal customs of bygone times. Today he passes on his extensive knowledge of plants and his many years of experience as a lecturer at various institutes and as a successful author.
Maurice Gliem has been collecting and using mushrooms since his childhood and was a member of the German Society for Mycology.
