Noh In-kyung studied Visual Design at Hongik University before studying fine art in Italy. She won the Illustrator of the Year Award at the Bologna International Children’s Book Fair in 2012 for her book SOSO CANCELLINA as well as the 2013 BIB Golden Apple Award for her book MR. TUTTI AND 100 WATER DROPS.
