Author
Professor Kim is on a mission to explore the effects of meditation on the brain.He uses neuroscience and brain imaging techniques to uncover the secrets of this ancient practice. He is also a professor and former dean at Yonsei University’s Graduate School of Journalism and Mass Communication, where he shares his insights on meditation, mindfulness, communication skills, resilience, and leadership.
He obtained his master’s and doctorate degrees in Communication Studies at the University of Pennsylvania following his graduation from Seoul National University in Political Science.
