Description

Professor Joo Hwan Kim uses the latest in neuroscience and meditation to guide you on how to get rid of all fears once and for all!

The mind has muscles. Like the muscles of the body, the muscles of the mind become stronger through systematic and repeated training. Professor Kim Joo-hwan introduced the most effective way to cultivate spiritual strength through this book. "Inner communication" is the basis for the formation of spiritual power, and the best way to correct inner communication is meditation. He conducted joint research with famous Korean brain scientists and mental health experts, and verified his research results in this field.

Professor Choi Jaecheon, who read the book before its publication, described the author's meditation as "a meditation based on cutting-edge neuroscience and physics." This is not a religious mystic meditation as you might think, but a meditation proven by the latest data and modern science. Thoroughly researched and tested, this book is a human guide to healthy, happy living in our digital age.
