Description
The Legend of a Two-story House in the Apple Forest
After Yui's father closes down his magic theater, Yui's family moves into an old house that belonged to Yui's mom. The forest animals believe that Yui is a wizard, and ask her to help them. Unaware of her magical abilities, Yui discovers the secret behind the house while helping her animal friends.

Yui and Hanbyeol's friendship builds up dramatically while searching for Hanbyeol's mom. Yui also affirms her love for the Magical Forest, village, and animals while trying out for the Magical Detective's assistant position. A story filled with suspense and mystical illustrations captures the readers' hearts.

Author
She was born in Seoul, and graduated in Korean Language and Literature from Myongji University. She studied people at university and graduate school. After graduation, she studied writing in a children's book writer's class. For her book the Panda Cries Night, she won the 1st Sallim Youth Literary Award. She is now a member of “Pulgaksi”, a group of picture book writers, and she writes children's books, including picture books.
Her works include Eternal Golden Keeper : Griffin, The Little Amachan and the Water Granny, The Day of the Bier, Dangerous Game Manito, Toilet Ear, Game King, Pretty Faces for Sale, Memories of the Day, Nana of the Red Roof, Alice’s World, Second Universe, Mother's Recipe, Girl Detective 1, 2 and "The Files of Profiler Hedda" Series, etc. Her dream is to write moving and interesting stories.
Illustrator: Kyunghee Lee
She majored in animation at university, and she worked as a character designer for an animation company, then an animator. She has produced some short story animations such as Traces and 4am. Now she works as a director and also works in the spanner studio team for graphic novels and illustrations.
