Description

Mercedes Pinto, Mercedes Pinto, a great woman who has struggled with words and language throughout her life to break stereotypes and change the world, is a famous Spanish writer, playwright, journalist and orator. Her poems often focused on love and homesickness and were appreciated by Pablo Neruda and Juana de Ibarbourou; her prose was dedicated to exposing the unequal status of women at the time, and was therefore exiled by the authorities. Even during her exile, she continued to spread her thoughts.
This book introduces the life story of this brave woman who fought for gender equality.
