Description
From age 6, children are ready to express their inventiveness, create, and produce. This activity book, alternating stories and hands-on activities, offers a way to explore human history through art. From the first drawings of prehistory to the abstract painting of the contemporary era, from the discovery of the colour blue in antiquity to the use of perspective during the Renaissance – follow Christelle Guyot, an educator trained in the Montessori method, on her journey through the ages and the arts.
From the editor: This book alternates historical narratives with activity pages. It also includes a detachable timeline poster that children can complete with stickers.
