Description

The main narrative is told from Cao Cao’s perspective, following his failed attempt to assassinate Dong Zhuo, his subsequent flight and encounters with Chen Gong and Lü Boshe, through to the formal establishment of the coalition against Dong Zhuo and the famous battle where Liu Bei, Guan Yu, and Zhang Fei join forces to face Lü Bu. There are also special chapters narrated from the perspectives of the Wu and Shu factions.

This book is the first installment in the “Little Animals’ Three Kingdoms” series. Compared with historical accounts, the story is lighter and more humorous, incorporating modern comedic elements as well.
