Author
Driven by the desire to "reduce the number of people who feel lonely," she decided to establish a yoga studio.
After retiring from a bank, she gained experience teaching hundreds of classes annually at a major yoga studio. In 2017, she opened the body-shaping yoga studio "HOME" in Meguro-ku, Tokyo. With the motto "Learn to love yourself," she developed her original method "Beautiful Muscle Yoga" (loosen plus stretch plus strengthen), based on helping people create a body they can be satisfied with.
Currently, she conducts classes both online and at her studio, operating the "Beautiful Muscle Yoga Online Salon" and "Beautiful Muscle Yoga Online Studio HOME," streaming on her YouTube channel "Beautiful Muscle Yoga Channel," and managing physical locations "Studio R" in Saitama and Gunma prefectures.
