Description

In Food for Your Brain, cardiologist Annemieke and recipe developer-designer Janine Jansen, together with professor Erik Scherder, show how a simple yet delicious diet can help keep your brain young. Cognitive performance improves, while the risk of brain-related conditions such as dementia and depression decreases.

As always, the Jansen sisters translate the latest scientific knowledge into clear, accessible information, practical actions, and beautifully presented, mouthwatering recipes.

With the right nutrition, enough rest and exercise, low stress, and plenty of mental challenges, you can help your brain function better, and with a bit of luck, keep it sharp well into old age.
