Author

Ryotaro Ogawa

Representative Director of Kashigi Co., Ltd. Born on March 26, 1994, in Tokushima Prefecture. Graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Kansai University. Joined Abeam Consulting in April 2016 and was promoted to project manager in his first year. The following year, he participated in establishing a new department, growing the team from zero to 50 members in about two years. Through daily work, he realized that “changing education can change people and society,” and vowed to “dedicate his life to education,” resigning in May 2019 to found Kashigi Co., Ltd. In April 2020, he launched a school aversion support project, and by March 2024, had successfully helped 850 students return to school, with an average reintegration period of just 18 days and a reintegration rate over 90%. This is the author’s first book.
