Description
What changes will the body undergo? How can which plants offer help? What else can I do and when should I see a doctor? This book dispels the fog of half-baked knowledge and accompanies women with great empathy through the stages of life marked by hormonal changes - enabling them to make decisions for their own bodies. Whether as an alternative to hormone therapy or as a supplement, plant-based remedies and daily tips can gently and sustainably alleviate both psychological and physical discomfort. With real stories from visitors, rich recipes and plant knowledge, this book becomes a cherished companion guide.
