**Illustrator**
Alexander Vyazeminsky (b. 1946) – Russia’s premier mushroom painter. Trained at the St. Petersburg Academy of Arts, he specializes in watercolor landscapes and botanical art. His work is held by the Minneapolis Institute of Art, Boston Athenaeum, Hunt Institute for Botanical Documentation, Kew Gardens, the Shirley Sherwood Collection, and numerous private collections worldwide.
