Description

A suspenseful and adventurous science fiction novel about a conspiracy and betrayal that spans the galaxy. The story begins with an attack on a police patrol boat, resulting in the death of the inspector - general of the unified galaxy, Salina Aloiz. The head of the criminal police, Tyl Theorn, takes over the investigation of the case. Theorn has a personal stake in finding the murderer because he and Salina have been friends since childhood, and their friendship and past memories make this case extraordinarily significant to him.
Meanwhile, on Phobos, a satellite of Creonidas, a girl who had been stolen from a laboratory complex appears. What is the connection between this girl from Phobos and Salina's death? What message is she trying to convey to Theorn? As the investigation progresses, Theorn gradually uncovers a massive conspiracy involving betrayal, crime, and a struggle for power.
The fog of conspiracy, betrayal, and crime awaits the protagonist to be unraveled on the path to the truth. Theorn must sift through complex clues to find answers and confront the forces trying to cover up the truth. This is not only a hunt for the murderer but also a quest for the truth. "The Mark of Cain" will take you into a galaxy full of unknowns and dangers, where you can feel Theorn's struggle between justice and evil.
