Description

Long, long ago, there was a gentleman wearing a hat. This is how the ten short stories in this book begin. They are sometimes absurd, sometimes serious, sometimes funny, sometimes unexpected, and sometimes impolite. These stories condemn various human flaws, including: a person who gives orders because "a person wearing a commander's hat must command", a gentleman who has seven identical hats for each day of the week, a snowman who only has a headpiece left in spring, a person who is so absorbed in reading that he doesn't notice a monkey stealing his hat, and a beggar who refuses to sell his hat for one million euros.

This carefully crafted collection of short stories is accompanied by vivid comic illustrations, provoking us to reflect on the values of contemporary society.
