Description

Layana is 11 and she has always lived in a castle with her father the Duke, a giant with a passion for painting. Layana's dad created a little parallel universe for his daughter inside the castle, to protect her from the epidemic that affects the outside world.
The environment is apparently perfect, but at some point, Layana begins to notice that some things are not what they seems.
The little girl discovers that her father had been fooling her for all her life: he isn’t a giant, it's Layana herself to be smaller than all the other people around her and the world where she has always lived is just a lie built to protect her from life's difficulties and the pain of not being accepted by the others.
The truth is, for Layana, as painful as it is fundamental to gain a new freedom for herself, which will be the first step of a whole new life.
