Description

Are you allowed to steal bread when you are poor? Or to break in to rescue a pet in distress? Are you allowed to take a family member’s place in prison? These are all difficult questions. A criminal offence is when you do something that is not allowed according to the law. But whether you behave well or badly is not determined by the law alone.
In this book Stine Jensen and Ellie Lust get the reader to think about how complicated it can be sometimes to do the right thing and to know what the right thing is and why.

The beautiful illustrations are done by Marijke Klompmaker (‘Everything I Feel’ and ‘Everything That Once Was’).

A unique collaboration between three women who are each half of identical twins!
