Written by Kim You
During the summer, it is common to see pet dogs abandoned by their owners at vacation sites. I thought of their sad eyes while writing this book, hoping for an end to this practice of abandoning one’s family.

Illustrated by Cho Wonhee
Family need not be limited to husband and wife or siblings. Family is those that share time and heart. I illustrated this book thinking of my dog, who is no longer with us but was a dear part of my family for eight years.
