The Dragon of Evil and Horror.
Sangchen, Daofeng district, Seoul. A group of children discover a strange tower of ice in a stream with a lizard-like creature dying at the bottom. Their father, K, dislikes the creature because it has a white horn on its nose like an inflamed sore. K insists that the strange creature cannot be a lizard, but everyone around him thinks he is crazy.
